I title my creative life-work “Soul Restoration Arts” because things need titles, like this website, my bank accout, my business card, my Venmo account, on and on. For now. Because everything must change. All is mutable, whether I jump on it first or it happens… outside in or inside out.

OK, and error. Rather than restoration of a soul, it’s more an enlivening of the soul that runs through everything I feel, think, and do.

Over and over I have discovered that when beauty is perceived, when it hits you, washes over you, bashes you – you’ll hear from your soul, a little leap, a quickening, or as in my case when in my late 20s, a total collapse complete with watershed of tears and rebuilding a life based on creating and engendering beauty and artforms.

Dance, poetry, music, painting, drawing, film, scent, sculpting, the more the merrier, and the more overlapping, the better still!

I’ve been lucky enough to be “doing” and merging all of them my entire life. In service of education of the self, of the building of community and esthetics: bringing more beauty and meaning into the world.
